You will set goals, coach for performance, and mentor the team to exceed quotas while maintaining high standards of service. This role emphasizes leadership and customer-focused sales mastery.

Responsabilités

• Hire, train, and develop a team of automotive salespeople.
• Coach sales staff on closing deals and improve performance.
• Set sales goals, track progress, and lead the team to achieve quotas.
• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening.
• Explain product performance, applications, and benefits to customers.
• Describe all optional equipment and products for purchase.
• Perform presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles.
• Learn to overcome objections and close sales per company standards.
• Provide training and support to sales staff and assist in closing deals.
