You’ll hire, train, and develop a team of automotive salespeople, set goals, and lead the team to achieve quotas.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as Automotive Sales Manager or Pre-Owned Sales Manager.
• Leadership with passion for training staff.
• High energy and enthusiasm during sales workday.
• Goal-oriented with strong pricing negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and basic math.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
