You will manage a high-performance team, forecast unit sales and profits, and optimize inventory while coordinating with sales staff.

The role requires 2+ years of automotive sales manager experience, strong coaching skills, and a proven ability to develop relationships with customers and staff.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Sales Manager experience in an automotive dealership.
• Proven experience leading a high-performance sales team.
• Strong coaching and training abilities to develop and grow a sales team.
• Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
• Ability to pass pre-employment testing (background checks, MVR, drug test).

Responsibilities

• Forecast vehicle requirements for the next 90 days.
• Forecast monthly/ yearly sales, gross profit, and departmental profits.
• Forecast with each salesperson to set objectives and plan actions.
• Lead sales meetings and provide on-the-job training.
• Maintain balanced vehicle inventory and develop inventory movement program.
