DARCARS Lanham Ford is seeking an Automotive Ford Sales Manager to lead our New & Used Sales Department. You will plan, organize, and control sales activities, track performance, and support your team to achieve goals.

Formación

• Automotive sales experience required.
• Minimum 2 years in sales management.
• Experience leading groups and teams.
• Ability to communicate effectively to multiple levels of the organization.

Responsabilidades

• Forecast goals and objectives for the department and strive to meet them.
• Coordinate with other departments to maintain harmony and teamwork.
• Attend managers' meetings.
• Forecast controllable expense elements for the new and used vehicle depts.
• Ensure compliance with regulations affecting vehicle sales.
• Hire, train, motivate, counsel, and monitor sales staff.
• Report all vehicles sold and maintain accurate sales records.
• Inspire salespeople to improve customer satisfaction and dealership image.
• Mentor new and used salespeople on policy adherence.
• Set and monitor salesperson objectives and quarterly performance.
• Develop improvement programs for underperforming staff.
• Supervise salespeople to follow the prospecting program.
• Ensure adherence to training programs and inventory recommendations.
• Assist in driving promotions and campaigns.
