Job summary

Asbury is seeking an Automotive Sales Manager to lead the new and used car departments. You will train and develop sales consultants, partner with third party vendors, and drive monthly sales quotas while overseeing inventory and lot operations.

This role requires prior sales leadership in automotive retail, a track record of high-volume performance, and strong relationship-building with customers and vendors.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years automotive experience required.
• Experience training and supporting sales staff.
• Ability to manage high-volume sales with professionalism.
• Proven track record in closing deals with customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the new and used car sales team.
• Train and coach consultants to improve performance.
• Work with third party vendors and manage inventory flow.
• Close deals and monitor daily revenue and turn metrics.
• Coordinate with service to prepare vehicles for sale and lot readiness.
• Forecast annual budget for the new car department.
