- Proven Automotive Sales Manager or desk leadership experience.
- Strong desking, negotiation, and deal-structuring skills.
- Experience achieving sales volume, gross profit, and CSI targets.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Consultants to exceed sales and gross profit objectives.
- Manage daily sales operations, including desking deals and structuring transactions.
- Drive new and pre-owned vehicle sales through strategies, inventory management, pricing, and merchandising.
- Monitor KPIs including volume, PVR, closing ratios, gross profit, CSI, and inventory turn.
- Recruit, train, motivate, and retain high-performing Sales Consultants.
