INFINITI of the Palm Beaches in West Palm Beach, FL seeks an experienced Sales Manager to lead the sales team, drive results, and build a high-performance dealership culture. The ideal candidate will coach Sales Consultants, structure profitable deals, and implement effective sales strategies while maintaining a strong focus on CSI and customer satisfaction.

INFINITI of the Palm Beaches is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our leadership team in West Palm Beach, Florida.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proven automotive sales leader who knows how to drive results, develop Sales Consultants, structure profitable deals, and create a high-performance dealership environment. INFINITI or Nissan franchise experience is preferred, but not required.

The ideal candidate is a hands‑on leader who understands both the numbers and the people side of automotive sales and has a demonstrated history of achieving sales volume, gross profit, CSI, and team performance objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Consultants to consistently achieve and exceed sales and gross profit objectives.
• Manage daily sales operations, including desking deals, structuring transactions, and maximizing profitability.
• Drive new and pre‑owned vehicle sales performance through effective sales strategies, inventory management, pricing, and merchandising.
• Monitor and improve key performance indicators including volume, PVR, closing ratios, gross profit, CSI, and inventory turn.
• Work closely with the General Manager and senior leadership to develop sales strategies, forecasts, and action plans.
• Review and manage sales performance, holding the team accountable to established goals and processes.
• Recruit, train, motivate, and retain high‑performing Sales Consultants.
• Ensure sales processes are consistently followed and transactions comply with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and a professional, relationship‑driven sales experience.
• Stay current on market trends, competitor activity, manufacturer programs, and dealership performance opportunities.
• Lead by example and contribute to a positive, competitive, and team-oriented dealership culture.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Automotive Sales Manager, Desk Manager, or similar dealership leadership role.
• Previous experience in a franchise automotive dealership environment strongly preferred.
• INFINITI or Nissan experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong desking, negotiation, and deal‑structuring skills.
• Demonstrated success achieving sales volume, gross profit, and customer satisfaction objectives.
• Strong understanding of both new and pre‑owned vehicle sales operations.
• Ability to analyze dealership performance metrics and translate them into actionable strategies.
• Proven ability to recruit, coach, motivate, and develop Sales Consultants.
• Strong leadership presence, communication skills, and business judgment.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven dealership environment.
• Professional, accountable, and results‑oriented approach to leadership.
