Job summary

Infiniti of Tacoma, part of Larson Automotive Group, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead a high-performing Infiniti luxury sales team and drive sales performance with a focus on customer satisfaction.

You will recruit, coach, and develop talent, manage daily operations including inventory and forecasting, monitor performance metrics, and collaborate with leadership to set goals and strategies that deliver an exceptional luxury buying experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations, including inventory, sales tracking, and performance reviews
• Support sales staff in negotiations and closing deals
• Monitor sales performance metrics, customer satisfaction scores, and team activity to identify opportunities for improvement
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience that aligns with Infiniti values
• Maintain strong inventory knowledge and partner with leadership to maximize sales opportunities
• Recruit, hire, and train sales professionals to foster continuous growth
• Collaborate with the General Manager to set monthly goals, forecasts, and strategies
• Drive continuous improvement in CSI and overall team performance
