Oakes Auto Group in Olathe, KS is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a team of Sales Consultants and drive the showroom to deliver exceptional customer experiences. The role emphasizes coaching, deal coordination, and accountability to meet sales targets and maintain high standards of service.

You will partner with the F&I team to ensure smooth handoffs, supervise daily activities, and implement process improvements across the dealership network.

Qualifications

• Must have automotive retail sales experience and strong customer service skills.
• Able to manage deals and coordinate with Finance & Insurance (F&I).
• Capable of coaching Sales Consultants and driving accountability.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and hold Sales Consultants accountable for performance and customer care.
• Ensure consistent sales process execution, including lead management and CRM documentation.
• Desk deals, support negotiations, and manage manager takeovers to deliver strong buying experiences.
• Oversee customer retention, equity mining, and follow-up with prospective buyers.
• Coordinate with F&I to ensure complete and timely handoffs.
• Monitor sales results and team activity; address gaps through coaching.
• Promote a professional, compliant, and customer-focused sales environment.
• Report department performance and staffing needs to dealership leadership.
