James Hodge Auto Group in Oklahoma is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our franchise dealership's sales team. You will coach, motivate and train staff to achieve growth while maintaining exceptional customer service and CSI results.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of dealer-management experience, a proven track record in sales leadership, and the ability to develop forecasts, set goals and build a strong team culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of dealer management experience.
• Strong focus on customer retention and CSI in sales.
• Forecast monthly and yearly unit sales, gross profit objectives, and departmental profits.
• Collaborate with each salesperson and manager to set and achieve goals.
• Create a positive sales culture and team atmosphere with emphasis on retention.
• Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions.
• Maintain a balanced inventory of new and used vehicles.
• Coordinate with marketing to meet sales goals.
• Play an active role in the community.

Responsibilities

• Work with the marketing department to create the best overall strategy that can help the dealership meets it goals in sales.
• Play an active role in the community.
