You will lead the sales team, coach staff, maintain strong CSI scores, coordinate with the finance department, explain financing options, and build lender relationships to expand opportunities and market reach.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive sales management or finance management.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage the sales team to meet and exceed dealership sales goals.
• Coach, train, and mentor sales staff to improve performance and customer interactions.
