Job summary

Five Star Automotive Group is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Manager for Albany operations. This role leads the sales team at Albany Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and Hyundai of Albany, ensuring achievement of monthly sales forecasts and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 Years of Previous Automotive Dealership Sales Management Experience Required.
• Aggressive and Motivated Leader with Passion for Success, Customer Service, Training and Opportunity
• Meet monthly forecast for sales volume and sufficient gross to meet profit objectives
• Create and organize all sales activities for the Sales department
• Recruit, hire and develop a retail sales force
• Meet and Exceed Factory Sales and Customer Satisfaction Objectives
• Set the Highest Level of Professionalism for your Team
• Work with Finance Team to ensure Performance Metrics are Achieved
• Negotiate Pricing with Customers and Problem Solve
• Quality customer service, communication, computer and basic math skills
• Clean driving record & valid driver’s license
