Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and manage a team of automotive salespeople.
• Coach salespeople on closing deals and performance.
• Set sales goals, track progress, and manage team quotas.
• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle and listening to their needs.
• Explain product performance and benefits to customers.
• Describe all optional equipment/products available for customer purchase.
• Demonstrate vehicles and describe options.
• Overcome objections and close sales per company standards.
• Provide training and support to sales staff and assist in closing deals.
