• Inventory Management: Understand auctions and inventory sourcing.
• Collaboration: Foster teamwork across departments.
• Sales Goals: Achieve individual and department targets.
• Performance Metrics: Monitor and track sales performance.
• Data-Driven Coaching: Use data to improve consultant performance.
• Online Reputation: Maintain our FIVE STAR online presence.
• Training: Participate in dealership-supported training programs.
