Job summary

Findlay Honda Flagstaff is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead dealership sales initiatives. You will work directly with staff and customers to develop relationships, manage the sales desk, and close deals while building a strong customer network.

You will provide training and support to the sales team and help oversee all aspects of the sales department in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Prior sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Understanding of inventory control.
• Strong computer & phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook, CRM).
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
• Self-motivated, goal oriented, and ability to work within a fast paced environment.
• Current, valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).

Responsibilities

• Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process.
