Job summary

Findlay Toyota is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our dealership's sales team and drive performance in Flagstaff, AZ. You will develop strong customer relationships, close deals, and collaborate with staff to optimize the sales process.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process
• Manage, desk, and close deals
• Build rapport with customers to establish customer network
• Provide training and support to the sales staff
• Help manage all other aspects of the sales department

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Prior sales experience preferred

• Strong computer & phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook, CRM)
