Job summary

Ciocca Automotive is seeking an energetic, motivated sales professional to join our growing team. You will lead and coach a sales staff, set goals, and drive performance while helping customers find the right vehicle.

Qualifications

• Experience in dealership management is a plus.
• Strong leadership and training ability.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Coach salespeople on standard closing methods and mentor improvement.
• Set sales goals, track progress, and lead the team to meet quotas.
• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by listening to their needs.
• Present and demonstrate new/used vehicles professionally and knowledgeably.
• Provide training and support to sales staff and help close deals.

• Previous dealership and management experience a plus
• Leadership skills with a real passion for training fellow employees

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities:

• Coach salespeople on standard methodologies for closing deals and provide mentorship to improve sales performance
• Set sales goals, track progress, and lead team to achieve and exceed those quotas
• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
• Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles
• Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals
