Ciocca Automotive seeks an energetic call center professional to join our team. You will handle customer calls, respond to inquiries, and set up sales appointments, delivering prompt information and routing leads to the right dealership resources.

The role is full-time, weekdays with rotating Saturdays, offering weekly draw plus commission, PTO, 401(k) matching, on-the-job training, and comprehensive health coverage. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year in a customer service role.
• Strong computer and phone skills.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
