Job summary

Courtesy Chevrolet, a family-owned dealership group with stores in CA and AZ, is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager in the Phoenix area. You will recruit, train, and supervise a team of salespeople, set and chase ambitious goals, coach for better closes, and drive customer satisfaction.

You will forecast sales, manage CRM for retention and growth, and prepare regular reports for dealership leadership while focusing on profitable deals and strong service.”

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, and oversee a team of automotive salespeople.
• Set sales goals, track progress, and lead the team to achieve and exceed quotas.
• Coach salespeople on closing more vehicle deals and provide guidance to improve performance.
• Forecast sales for upcoming months and quarters.
• Answer customer questions and issues when required.
• Coordinate and lead regular sales meetings with the staff.
• Develop and manage a CRM platform to retain customers and prospect new sales.
• Maintain focus on customer satisfaction and compile reports for management.
• Evaluate trades and structure deals that are profitable initially and on gross.

Responsibilities

• Previous Dealership experience required
• Finance Dealership experience preferred
• Recruit, hire, train, and oversee a team of automotive salespeople
• Set sales goals, track progress, and lead the team to achieve and exceed those quotas
• Coach salespeople on best practices for closing more vehicle deals and provide advice and guidance to improve sales performance
• Forecast sales for upcoming months and quarters
• Step in to answer customer questions and issues when required
• Coordinate and lead all regular sales meetings with the sales staff
• Develop and manage a CRM platform to retain customers and seek out new prospective sales
• Maintain a strong focus on the satisfaction of all customers
• Compile regular reports for dealership management to review
• evaluate trades
• Structure deals that are both profitable in front and back gross
• Proficient with current bank programs and terms

Compensation: $10,000 - $15,000 monthly (approx based on commission earned)
