Family Car Group is seeking a results-driven Sales Consultant – Automotive to join our Crowley area team. You will own the sales process from prospecting to vehicle delivery, demonstrate inventory, and collaborate with leadership to hit monthly plans.

The role rewards performance with profit opportunities, training, and a supportive environment. Prior sales experience and CRM familiarity are a plus, along with strong customer service and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive sales or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand and implement dealership sales process.
• Own every aspect of the sales process (from new client prospecting to vehicle delivery).
• Present and demonstrate inventory.
• Review, update and manage daily inventory reports.
• Create and execute strategies for increasing market share.
• Prepare and review monthly plans with sales leadership.
• Maintain Customer Service Index, Gross Average and monthly units to dealership standards.
• Remain up-to-date on products, market trends and certification.
• Must be familiar with Client Relationship Management (CRM) software.
