Job summary

SONS Automotive Group is seeking a Sales Manager for our busy sales department. We are looking for someone with proven auto dealership management experience. A strong finance background is preferred.

You will work directly with employees and customers, enhancing the sales process while building rapport. The position offers competitive compensation and various perks, including medical insurance and a 401(k) program.

Qualifications

• Must have proven auto dealership management experience.
• Strong finance background is preferred.
• Must have a clean & valid driver's license.
• Must be willing to submit to a drug screen prior to employment.

Responsibilities:

• Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process

• Build rapport with customers toestablishcustomer network

• Provide training and support to the sales staff andassistin closing deals

• Help manage all other aspects of the sales departmentand variable operations

• Offerassistanceor direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot

• Assistcustomers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
