Job summary

SONS Automotive Group is looking for a Sales Manager for our busy sales department. Proven auto dealership management experience is a must, and a strong finance background is preferred. We want candidates who are enthusiastic and can enhance the sales process.

You will work with our employees and customers to build relationships, provide training, and assist in closing deals. We offer competitive compensation, medical and dental insurance, and a family-run business environment.

Qualifications

• Must have proven auto dealership management experience.
• Strong finance background is preferred.
• Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday.
• Must have a clean & valid driver's license.
• Must be willing to submit to a drug screen prior to employment.

Responsibilities:

• Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process

• Build rapport with customers toestablishcustomer network

• Provide training and support to the sales staff andassistin closing deals

• Help manage all other aspects of the sales departmentand variable operations

• Offerassistanceor direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot

• Assistcustomers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses

• Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects
