Keller Bros., a family-owned Dodge/Ram dealership, is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive monthly results.

You will coach and motivate staff, structure deals with finance, manage pricing and inventory, and ensure a top-notch customer experience through effective CRM use and follow-up.

This hands-on leader will work closely with dealership leadership to identify growth opportunities and build a winning team.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive sales management or finance management.
