Provide ongoing training and supportSet sales goals, track progress, and lead team to achieve and exceed those quotasAssist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responsesExplain product performance, application, and benefits to prospective customersDescribe all optional equipment/products available for customer purchaseEnsure that customers receive exceptional service. Address customer issues as they arise and resolve them in a timely mannerLearn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the salesOversee the management of vehicle inventory, including ordering, pricing, and display.
