Pugmire Ford of Carrollton is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive performance, and deliver a professional buying experience for customers. You will coach, prospect, desk deals, monitor performance, and ensure profitability while upholding dealership policies.

The role requires strong leadership, closing skills, and knowledge of CRM/inventory systems; a valid driver's license is required.
