Job summary

Pugmire Ford of Carrollton is seeking an Automotive Sales Manager to lead the sales team, close deals, and drive profitability with a hands-on leadership style. You will recruit and train staff, monitor performance, and ensure a professional buying experience while safeguarding dealership policies and gross profit.

Experience with CRM and inventory systems is required; valid driver's license and the ability to pass background and drug checks are mandatory.
