Stanley Automotive in Abilene, TX, is seeking talented individuals for a Sales Management Training Program. Candidates start as Automotive Consultants and progress through industry-leading training with mentorship. The program offers a structured path to leadership within our auto group.

We value self-starters who can commit significant personal time to education. Strong ethics, excellent people skills, and a drive to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• Self-Starter
• Invest significant personal time outside business hours for education and training
• Social media skills are a plus
• Auto Sales and/or Customer Service experience is a plus but not required
• Strong ethics and values
• Must be able to proficiently use a computer and software
• Excellent people skills
• Must pass background and drug screen
• Must have a valid driver’s license and pass MVR test

Responsibilities

• Join our Management Training Program to become a Leader within our Auto Group.
• Learn the business from the ground up starting as Automotive Consultant and through formal/on-the-job training with mentorship.
