Stanley Automotive is offering a Sales Management Training Program in Sweetwater, TX. Candidates begin as Automotive Consultants and advance through industry-leading training and mentorship.

The program promises guaranteed pay to start with annual incentive opportunities, and a pathway to leadership within our auto group.

Qualifications

• Must be a self-starter prepared to invest significant personal time in education and training.
• Strong auto sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
• Excellent people skills and ethics are essential.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and pass motor vehicle record test.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a management training program to become a leader within the auto group.
• Learn the business from the ground up starting as Automotive Consultant and progress through mentorship and formal training.
