Austin Subaru is seeking a Sales and Leasing Consultant to learn auto sales in a customer-centric environment. You will identify customer needs, present vehicles, conduct test drives, and guide buyers through financing options and the purchase process.

Strong communication skills, a customer service background, and a valid driver's license are required; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Compensation is commission-based plus paid training, with flexible schedules and benefits through CAG.

Qualifications

• English/Spanish bilingualism is a plus.
• Education - Prior sales experience is not a must. Customer service experience, however, is preferred.
• Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year and have a clean driving record
• Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered.

Responsabilités

• Identify customers' needs and buying motivations and pair them with the correct vehicle.
• Conduct product presentation and demonstration drives; guide customers through the purchase experience.
• Educate customers on financing options and complete purchase paperwork with accuracy.
• Maintain meticulous input of customer information into the database and follow up by phone and email.
