EasyCare Recruiting in Des Moines, IA is seeking motivated automotive sales professionals to join our team. This role rewards top performance with uncapped earning potential and focuses on turning buyers into lifetime customers through excellent service and product knowledge.

You will understand dealership processes, present vehicles, and work with leadership to achieve monthly targets. On-site position with excellent benefits and growth opportunities.

Formación

• Experience in retail automotive sales or sales training preferred.
• Ability to meet sales targets and contribute to team goals.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Understand and execute dealership sales processes.
• Own and excel at every aspect of the sales process from prospecting to vehicle delivery.
• Present and demonstrate inventory.
• Review and manage daily inventory reports.
• Create strategies to increase market share.
• Prepare monthly plans with sales leadership.
• Maintain CSI, gross per unit, and monthly dealership standards.
• Stay up-to-date on products, market trends and certification.

Job Responsibilities

• Understand and implement dealership salesprocess
  
• Own and excel at every aspect of the salesprocess (from new client prospecting to vehicle delivery)
  
• Present and demonstrate inventory
  
• Review, update and manage daily inventoryreports
  
• Create and execute strategies for increasingmarket share
  
• Prepare and review monthly plans with salesleadership
  
• Maintain Customer Service Index, Gross Averageand monthly units to dealership standards
  
• Remain up-to-date on products, market trends andcertification
  

Requirements

• Prior retail automotive sales experience and/orsales training preferred.
  
• Compensation is based on performance and is competitive with the retail automotive market.
