Responsibilities

• Recruit and hire salespeople for a variety of positions.
• Educate salespeople on the most effective ways to generate leads, provide thorough follow-up, and close deals.
• Oversee the dealership’s day-to-day activities, maintaining a high degree of employee morale.
• Track prospective and existing customers using the company’s preferred CRM from initial contact to closing the deal and beyond.
• Foster high customer satisfaction with the car buying experience, encouraging referrals and repeat business.
• Track car sales on a regular basis and forecast future sales.
