Job summary

Wisemen Multimedia in Johns Creek, GA is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to support daily automotive sales operations and help the Sales Manager achieve vehicle sales, revenue, and customer service goals. You will work with customers and sales staff throughout the sales process, ensuring an organized, professional environment and stepping in when the Sales Manager is unavailable.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, sales-driven, organized, and capable of balancing individual sales

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous sales experience in automotive/retail/financial services or customer-facing sales.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers and coworkers.
• Ability to negotiate, overcome objections, and close sales.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn dealership CRM, inventory, and sales systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales Manager with daily sales operations and achievement of dealership sales goals.
• Greet customers and guide them through vehicle selection and purchasing process.
• Build strong customer relationships and provide a professional buying experience.
• Assist sales representatives with negotiations, presentations, follow-ups, and closing transactions.
• Monitor sales activity, leads, appointments, and pending transactions.
• Maintain accurate customer information and lead status in CRM.
• Assist with training, coaching, and onboarding sales personnel.
• Participate in sales meetings and promotional campaigns.
