Responsibilities

• Develop enriching relationships with customers to improve happiness and fuel sales.
• Establish trust to build a network of clientele and prospects.
• Provide training and support to sales staff and assist in closing deals.
• Lead regular sales training to grow the team.
• Set vision and goals for sales performance and lead the team.
• Engage and motivate the team to meet targets and standard processes.
• Drive business through day-to-day involvement and negotiation with customers.
• Partner with General Manager to plan vehicle inventory and pricing.
• Assist in managing controllable expenses for New and Used Vehicle Departments.
• Analyze business metrics to identify shortfalls and implement improvement plans.
