Job summary

Findlay Auto Group in Flagstaff, AZ is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead dealership sales, develop relationships with customers, and support staff. You will desk, manage, and close deals while building a strong customer network and driving performance.

The role requires excellent communication, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced automotive environment with a focus on growth and brand representation.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Prior sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Understanding of inventory control.
• Strong computer & phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook, CRM).
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
• Self-motivated, goal oriented, and ability to work within a fast paced environment.
• Current, valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).

Responsibilities

• Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process
• Manage, desk, and close deals
• Build rapport with customers to establish customer network
• Provide training and support to the sales staff
• Help manage all other aspects of the sales department
