Job summary

Findlay Toyota Spokane is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our dealership sales team and support staff. You will develop relationships with customers and staff to drive close rates and growth while representing the Findlay brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Prior sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Understanding of inventory control.
• Strong computer & phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook, CRM).
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
• Self-motivated, goal oriented, and ability to work within a fast paced environment.
• Current, valid driver’s license and satisfactory MVR.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with employees and customers to develop relationships and enhance the sales process.
• Manage, desk, and close deals.
• Build rapport with customers to establish customer network.
• Provide training and support to the sales staff.
• Help manage all other aspects of the sales department.
