Job summary

Asbury is hiring for a Sales Experience Manager at our Plano, TX dealership. The role focuses on responding to vehicle inquiries online via phone and email, guiding customers through the buying process, and converting inquiries into sales.

You will build relationships, maintain a CRM database, and schedule test drives while upholding professional attire and customer-centric service. Prior automotive sales or retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
• Must be able to build relationships and follow up with customers.
• Bi-lingual is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customers that inquire about a vehicle via phone and email.
• Take customers through the buying process from initial contact to final sale.
• Identify customer needs and build rapport to create referrals.
• Make outbound calls to follow up on inquiries and after the sale.
• Coordinate test drives and vehicle walkthroughs with customers.
