Job summary

Asbury Automotive Group, via Nalley Automotive, is hiring a Sales Consultant to respond to online vehicle inquiries using phone and email and to guide customers from the initial inquiry through the final sale.

You will build rapport, qualify needs, schedule test drives, and maintain customer relationships while upholding professional attire and a team-oriented culture. Prior automotive sales or retail experience is a plus; bilingualism is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings (background & drug test).

Responsibilities

• Respond to customers that inquire about a vehicle online using phone and email.
• Take customers from in-store visit through the buying process.
• Make outbound calls to follow up with customers and set appointments.
• Conduct test drives and vehicle walk-arounds.
• Maintain professional attire and build customer relationships.
