Asbury is seeking an Automotive Sales Advisor to respond to online inquiries and guide customers from initial contact through the final sale. The role emphasizes building strong customer relationships, delivering exceptional service, and maintaining a professional presence in-store and online.

The ideal candidate will have experience in automotive sales or retail, strong communication and computer skills, and the ability to work as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive sales or retail is a plus.
• Bi-lingual abilities are a plus.
• Must have strong customer service skills and the ability to create/maintain relationships.
• Must be 18 or older and possess a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings (background & drug test).

Responsibilities

• Respond to online vehicle inquiries via phone and email.
• Build rapport with customers to establish a referrals network.
• Answer internet leads and provide pricing information.
• Set appointments and confirm them.
• Conduct test drives and guide customers through the buying process.
