Job summary

Billion Minnesota Motors Inc. in Worthington, MN, is hiring a SALES CONSULTANT to grow our local team. You will engage customers, present vehicle options, and close sales at our Worthington dealership.

This full-time role offers a guaranteed base salary, plus commissions and annual bonus; flexible scheduling and a broad Midwest network of dealerships. Previous retail automotive experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sells and delivers a minimum number of vehicles per month.
• Writes complete sales orders and processes paperwork per dealership policy.
• Uses dealership sales control and follow-up systems.
• Keeps up-to-date on new products and services.
• Maintains an owner follow-up system to encourage repeat business.
• Maintains a prospect development system.
• Greets and assists customers entering the showroom or lot.
• Demonstrates a high level of commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Reviews daily/weekly/monthly performance to improve results.

ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

• Sells and delivers a minimum number of vehicles per month.
• Writes complete sales orders and processes paperwork in accordance with dealership policies.
• Utilizes dealership sales control and follow-up systems.
• Keeps up-to-date on new products and services within the industry.
• Maintains an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction.
• Maintains a prospect development system.
• Approaches, greets, and offers assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot.
• Exhibits high level of commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Reviews and analyzes actions at the end of each day, week, month and year to determine how to better utilize time and plans more effectively.
