Job summary

Billion Auto Clinton is hiring Sales Consultants to join a long-standing family-owned dealership with a large multi-state presence. In this role you will engage guests, qualify needs, present vehicles, and close deals while ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction.

You will manage orders, paperwork, follow-up, and prospect development, leveraging our systems to drive repeat business and referrals across multiple locations in the region.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.
• Strong customer service skills are essential.
• Basic computer and phone skills are needed.
• A strong desire to serve guests is expected.

Responsibilities

• Sells and delivers a minimum number of vehicles per month.
• Writes complete sales orders and processes paperwork per dealership policy.
• Uses dealership sales control and follow-up systems.
• Keeps up-to-date on new products and services in the industry.
• Maintains an owner follow-up system to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Maintains a prospect development system.
• Greets customers entering the showroom and offers assistance.
• Demonstrates commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Reviews daily/weekly/monthly/yearly actions to optimize time and plans.

ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

• Sells and delivers a minimum number of vehicles per month.
• Writes complete sales orders and processes paperwork in accordance with dealership policies.
• Utilizes dealership sales control and follow-up systems.
• Keeps up-to-date on new products and services within the industry.
• Maintains an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction.
• Maintains a prospect development system.
• Approaches, greets, and offers assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot.
• Exhibits high level of commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Reviews and analyzes actions at the end of each day, week, month and year to determine how to better utilize time and plans more effectively.
