This position emphasizes commission-based earnings, structured training, and ongoing performance coaching. Candidates should be self-motivated, have excellent communication skills, and be willing to work evenings and Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Commissioned sales experience is a plus; automotive experience not required if you show strong sales aptitude, work ethic, and customer-service ability.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, including staying composed under pressure.
• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve measurable performance goals.
• Willingness to learn and follow a structured sales process.
• Ability to work retail automotive schedule, including evenings and Saturdays as required.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs, preferences, budget, and vehicle requirements.
• Assist customers with vehicle selection and explain features, options, and financing.
• Conduct test drives and ensure safe compliance with traffic rules during demonstrations.
• Negotiate sales in a professional, ethical manner and close deals.
• Assist in vehicle delivery by explaining operation, warranties, and servicing.
• Maintain accurate sales documentation and up-to-date product knowledge.
