Qualifications

• Sales experience in any industry is welcome and training is provided.
• Energetic and outgoing individuals motivated to succeed.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills required.
• Positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and enthusiasm for the vehicles and accessories.
• Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals.
• Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring the customer understands product features, warranty, and paperwork.
• Maintain customer information and contacts in CRM.
• Follow up with existing customers to build relationships that encourage repeat and referral business.
• Develop new business through focused personal marketing efforts such as direct mail and networking.
