Qualifications

• Sales experience in any industry is welcome; training is provided.
• Energetic and outgoing with a desire to succeed.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening.
• Demonstrate knowledge and enthusiasm for vehicles and accessories.
• Lead customers through selling steps that close deals.
• Deliver vehicles and explain features, warranty, and paperwork.
• Maintain customer information in CRM and follow up to build relationships.
• Develop new business via marketing efforts and referrals.
• Maintain knowledge of pricing and specs to provide comparisons.
