Job summary

Sheehy GMC of Hagerstown is seeking Experienced Sales Consultants who want to advance their careers within our growing family. We offer a Bi-Weekly Salary plus Monthly Commission structure and provide Paid Training, a Sales Recognition Program, and immediate PTO accrual.

Qualifications

• Six months of Sales Experience Preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.
• Able to pass pre-employment background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and enthusiasm for the vehicles and accessories.
• Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals.
• Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring the customer understands the product features, warranty, and paperwork to lay the foundation for customer loyalty.
• Maintain customer information and contacts in CRM.
• Follow up with existing customers to build relationships that encourage repeat and referral business.
• Develop new business through focused personal marketing efforts through direct mail, networking affiliations, and telemarketing.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of pricing and specifications of competitive vehicles to provide clients with informative comparisons.
