Boardwalk Honda, part of Group 1 Automotive, is seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant to deliver exceptional customer experiences, build lasting relationships, and surpass sales goals in South Jersey. The role emphasizes product knowledge, test drives, and proactive customer outreach.

Competenze

• 1–2+ years of sales experience in the automotive industry preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record.

Mansioni

• Demonstrate vehicles by explaining features, benefits, and warranties; conduct test drives and compare competitive models
• Prospect daily for new customers and maintain relationships with previous buyers
• Maintain high CSI scores
• Implement follow-up systems to encourage repeat and referral business
• Stay informed on product updates, inventory, and accessories to better serve customers
• Set and achieve personal sales goals aligned with dealership standards
