Lithia & Driveway is expanding its Walnut Creek Subaru sales team and seeking a motivated Sales Representative. You will meet customers, demonstrate features, conduct test drives, and guide them through the purchase process, while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

We welcome applicants from automotive or other people-focused industries and provide training and support to help you succeed within a commission-based environment.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ year of prior sales or customer service experience.
• Experience in a commission-based sales environment is preferred.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence.

Aufgaben

• Meet with customers and help them find the right vehicle for their needs.
• Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, safety systems, and benefits.
• Conduct test drives and assist customers through the purchase process.
• Follow up with customers before and after the sale to build relationships.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience at every step of the process.
