Subaru of Gainesville, part of Lithia Motors, is hiring an Auto Sales Representative to engage customers and guide them through vehicle purchases, delivering the best buying experience.

You will present features, options, and financing, follow up with prospects, and maintain relationships using our store system. A high school diploma and 18+ with a valid driver's license are required. Automotive sales experience is a plus; we value communication and self-motivation.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive sales is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills; working knowledge of computers.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to guide vehicle purchases.
• Create the best vehicle-buying experience to earn lifelong customers.
• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their lifestyle.
• Present vehicle attributes, model options, features, purchase and finance options and store policies and services to customers.
• Ensure timely follow up and maintain strong relationships with previous and prospective customers.
• Track customers using store-specific management system/s.
• Keep abreast of new products, features and accessories.
• Attend product and training courses.
