Easterns Automotive Group seeks a proactive Automotive Sales Consultant to transform the car-buying journey across the DC and Baltimore metro areas. You will use product knowledge and digital tools to guide customers in an empathetic, consultative manner.

This role emphasizes relationship building, follow-ups, and teamwork to achieve sales goals while delivering exceptional service. A Bachelor’s degree is a plus, and fluency in English (Spanish a bonus) helps connect with diverse customers.
