Easterns Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant who is focused on transforming the car-buying experience. You will guide customers through our certified pre-owned inventory with a consultative approach, building trust and delivering value.

You will use digital tools to enhance the shopping journey, follow up to nurture relationships, and collaborate with the sales team to meet goals while delivering exceptional service in a customer-centric environment.

In your role as an Automotive Sales Consultant, you'll be responsible for:

• Consultative Selling:Provide specialized and accurate information about our range of vehicles, acting more as a trusted advisor than a traditional salesperson.
• Customer Relationship Building: Turn visitors into loyal, satisfied customers through exceptional interpersonal skills and a customer-centric focus.
• Digital Interaction: Utilize digital tools to enhance the customer’s shopping experience.
• Follow-ups & Problem Solving: Schedule regular customer interactions while proactively solving any issues that arise, thereby elevating the customer experience.
