AutoInc is seeking a Sales Associate for Spirit CDJR in Lubbock, TX 79412 to perform duties that support vehicle sales and customer satisfaction. Experience in a dealership environment preferred.

You will give feature presentations and drive demos, assist in closing deals, and review paperwork, warranties and financing with customers. Must be able to work indoors and outdoors in a professional sales environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to operate a standard transmission vehicle.
• Ability to use a computer and 10-key calculator.
• Must pass pre-hire requirements (TX DL, clean background, drug screen).

Responsabilités

• Give feature presentations and demo drives of new or used vehicles.
• Work with management to close deals.
• Review delivery paperwork, warranties and financing options with customers.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and follow up for referrals.
• Stay informed about product features and competitive offerings.
